In the episode, when Prue and Phoebe drive up to the lake in her black Mazda Miata, a cameraman and boom mike are reflected in the driver's side door as they move up to get the shot of the girls inside the car.

Trial By Magic

Paige is holding a juice glass, but when Phoebe takes it from her, it's a coffee mug.

A Witch's Tail

At the end of "A Witch's Tail", Phoebe misspells her own name ("Pheobe") when signing her divorce papers.

A Witch In Time

Phoebe is running down the street in a pair of floppy brown moccasin boots. When she stops running she is suddenly wearing black leather healed boots.

Used Karma

Piper is vanquishing the Swarm Demons with her exploding power, you can see a gash on her forehead. Then Phoebe and Paige orb in and take her back home. As they orb in, the gash on her forehead is gone. But Leo comes over and heals the gash later.

Something Wicca This Way Goes

Towards the end of the episode, the girls are thrown across the basement and Phoebe is wearing dressy shoes/heels. When the camera cuts to them standing up from the blast, Phoebe is wearing sneakers/athletic shoes.
